Daz Install Manager (DIM) and Daz Central will install content that has been purchased from the Daz3D store for your account. We also have a Manual Installation process available; however, we only recommend this if you are familiar with a manual file installation. To inquire about the Manual Installation process, please submit a Technical Support ticket.
After submitting a ticket, our support team will guide you through the installation process. We ask that you follow the instructions as provided. If the steps do not work for your PC/Mac, refer back to your computer's help system, or contact an IT professional. Daz3D is NOT responsible for any missing or damaged personal files or software that have been deleted from your device in error. This includes any technical issues that you may experience after manually installing content.
