How do I cancel my Platinum Club+ Membership?

Canceling your Platinum Club+ (PC+) Membership can depend on how the membership was purchased. If the purchase was made with ONLY a credit card, canceling the membership through the account center will complete the cancellation process. However, if the membership was purchased using PayPal, you will need to complete scenario 1 and 2 to complete the cancellation process. 

Scenario 1 - Membership purchased with ONLY a Credit Card: 

Step 1: After logging into your account, select the “Platinum Club (PC+)” icon. 


Step 2:
Click the “Cancel Subscription” link towards the bottom right side of the page.

Scenario 2 - Membership purchased through PayPal:

Step 1: After logging into your PayPal account, select the “Gear” icon located in the upper right hand corner of the page.  This will prompt you to the Account Settings page. 


Step 2:
Select “Payments” from the top navigation bar. 


Step 3: Select the “Manage automatic payments.” 


Step 4: Select “Daz Productions Inc” from the list of automatic payments.  


Step 5:
Select “Cancel.” 


Step 6: Select the blue button, “Cancel Automatic Payments.” 


**Additional Details: 
There are no refunds on PC+ Subscriptions. You may cancel your membership at any time. If you do not wish to auto-renew you will need to cancel your Membership beforehand.
To prevent auto renewal, PayPal users are also required to cancel the subscription with Paypal. If you cancel your membership you will remain in Platinum Club+ until your membership expiration date.
