Why does my order show two or more charges on my Bank Statement but I still do not have the download links for my products?
This usually occurs when you try to process payment on your order more than once. They are showing up in your Bank Account because all of these charges are held in reserve by your financial institution as pending charges and will drop off within 10-12 days depending on your financial institution.
You can contact your financial institution to have these pending charges dismissed sooner if you need to. If you still do not have downloads available in the "Available Downloads" section of your account page then the payments that you attempted to process were most likley declined. You will need to check the "Payment Methods" section of your account page to ensure that it contains your correct credit card and billing address information. If this information is correct then you will need to contact your financial institution for more information as to why the payment was declined.
