The first thing you should do is go to the Itemized Order History section of your account to see if the order actually was submitted twice. You will need to check the beginning of the Itemized Order History section and the end to see if there are any filled or open orders for the same items. If there is only one order for the items you just purchased then the order was only placed once, and your payment method was only charged once. In this situation we request that you send an e-mail reporting what happened in case there is a bug in the DAZ ordering system. If your order was placed twice you will need to contact the Sales Department to cancel one of the duplicate orders and issue a refund, if applicable.
