When I attempt to download a file using a download link from the "Available Downloads" section of my account page why do I recieve a "File Not Found" error?
If you receive this error it is usually because the file that your link is pointing to has not yet been proliferated across all of our download servers. If you experience this issue please wait 15-20 minutes then reset your download link ( How do I reset my download links?) and try downloading again. If this still does not resolve your problem then please contact our Technical Support department through the "Contact Us" tab and let them know which download you are experiencing issues with.
