There are many possible reasons why you may or maynot have gotten a response from DAZ regarding your product submission.
If you submitted an unsolicited product for review were your images unzipped when attached to the email? Were they in Jpeg format? Did you include a brief product description?
Due to the volume of unsolicited submissions we recieve we cannot always respond to every submission. If it has been more than 2 weeks please review your work for any possible updates or improvements you could make and feel free to resubmit.
If you are already a PA and submitted your product through your account, check your PARC entry for comments, check your email SPAM filter for any missed emails and please email email@example.com.
