How do I get DAZ Studio to render fully on my PC with 4GBs?

THIS ARTICLE is kept as legacy.  DAZ Studio 3.x (PC) and DAZ Studio 4.x support 64-bit systems and thus can use more than 4GBs of RAM if available on the system.

 

There is currently a known issue in DAZ Studio (up to version 2.3.3.50) when used on PCs with 4 GBs of RAM.  This involves memory allocation. The following work around is recommended for users with DAZ Studio 2.3.3.73+.

Microsoft has published ways that individuals can configure their 32-bit OS system configured to access at least one additional GB of RAM beyond the 2GB limit:
