Login issues may occur for a number of reasons. Accepting or re-accepting the Daz End User License Agreement (EULA) may be one of these reasons. If the EULA has already been accepted, a note at the bottom of the agreement will list the date the License Agreement was signed. If the License Agreement has not been accepted, this will need to be completed prior to logging into your account. Visit our EULA to confirm if it still needs to be accepted.
Another reason for login failures occurs due to special characters within the password. Special characters should only consist of the following: @,#,$,!. If your password contains any characters outside of the English alphabet, we suggest changing your password by selecting the “Forgot Password” link, which is located under the login field. You will receive an email to reset your password.
