I Cannot Sign Into Daz Connect and I Get a Login Failure in Daz Studio 4.9

If you are not able to login to Daz Connect in Daz Studio 4.9, you may have to re-accept the Daz EULA, located here: http://www.daz3d.com/eula

Also, make sure that there are no special characters in your password (e.g. ó, ò, ñ).  If there are any special characters in your password, please logout of the website, and choose "Forgot Password", underneath the login fields.  You will receive an email to reset your password.  If you still cannot log in, please create a ticket here https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/agent/dashboard and include your log file from Daz Studio (Help> Troubleshooting> View Log File...)

If your issue is still not resolved, please follow these directions.

Please uninstall Daz Studio and the PostgreSQL. Then go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\cms and rename or remove the ContentCluster folder and the cmscfg.json file located there.
 
If you can not see your AppData folder, type %appdata% in the Start menu and Windows will open the hidden folder.
 
Once you have done that, reinstall first Daz Studio and then the PostgreSQL CMS (make sure you are not installing as Administrator). 
 
Then open Daz Studio and re-import metadata.
With the box checked that userdata overwrites product data.
To do this, right click on the Content Library pane, choose Content DB Maintenance, tick Re-Import Metadata, click Accept. Tick User Data and All Products and click Accept.

    Doesn't help! I can log on to the website, but I cann't log on the program. What should I do? Help, please! P.S. I'm sorry, if I wrote with mistakes. I'm Russian and I don't understand English very well.

    Eamon, if you have tried all above, please try resetting your password by logging out of your account on Daz3d.com and then choosing "Forgot Password". Then, follow the link that is emailed to you. If this still does not work, please create a ticket here https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/agent/dashboard and include your log file from Daz Studio, located under Help> Troubleshooting> View Log File...

    I made all of this points and can't connect in DAZ 3D 4.9 Pro to my account.

    i downloaded the install appucation but it fail to let me in i cant even get help from customer service wtf yall the worst i went through ten windows trying to get in touch with customer service and still nothing im login with website but on the install manager it keeps saying my account isnt virified when i did that months ago

    Same here, re-installed DAZ3DIM and accepted EULA, and used only proper letters and numbers in password, no access. However, through daz webpage and through DAZstudio login works normally. What's going on?

     

    EDIT: now, about 3hrs later  that login seems to work again, without me changing anything on my system. I take it that Daz crew did something... :-)

    i tried the all your post but still the same i can not log in my account on DS. when i checked DIM installed stuff i saw theese files named "PostgreSQL CMS (Win64 bit) 65.6 MB" and "PostgreSQL CMS from Valentina CMS Conversion 0 bytes". please help
