What do I do if my cart says there are items in it, but then my cart says "Empty"?

This usually happens if you are not logged in when adding items to your cart. 

Please make sure you are logged in. Once logged in, add any other item to your cart, both items will then appear in your cart.  You can then remove the unwanted item and proceed to checkout.

    I did add items before I was logged in. I then logged in and the cart shows the cart has 4 items but it shows empty. I then tried to add the items but it will not let me because it says "item in cart",

    I am having the same problem. I cannot add the items again, nor purchase the existing items in my cart. I cannot raise a ticket because I do not have an order number (because I cannot purchase). Please help.

    I definitely am logged into my new Daz account and at checkout I see one item. Then I check on it and get a reply that I have NO items in cart. HELP!
